Technical Training
Every business that purchases a PrintFleet Enterprise system goes through an intensive two day, onsite or online, technical training session with a professional PrintFleet trainer. This session is designed for the primary person(s) responsible for administering the system, and others who will be using the system frequently on a technical level.
Your training session is an excellent opportunity to have all of your questions fully answered prior to your launch. Ongoing phone and email support is available after your training is complete.
What's Included
Your Technical Training package includes:
- 1 day offsite, remote setup of your PrintFleet server
- 1/2 day consultation call in preparation for onsite training
- 1/2 day preparation of custom training materials
- 2 days of onsite or online training
- 2 x 1/2 day online training modules
Curriculum
During your training, you will learn how to:
- Install and manage Data Collector Agents
- Administer your PrintFleet server
- Manage devices and groups
- Manage users and roles
- Set up automated meter exports
- Create reports for various users
- Create supplies and service alerts
- Set up maintenance flags
- Create custom device views
- Complete a new account setup using best practices, from start to finish
