Chris McFarlane, President and COO
Chris is an experienced change agent who has held Board, operational and strategic positions with a number of technology focused businesses. As the Treasurer of Spar Aerospace, he helped the company grow its revenues from $200 million to $600 million in three years. He held the position of Director of Strategic Planning and Finance for MediaLinx (BCE) as it launched its internet portal Sympatico. As the CFO and head of operations and technology at InfoWorks, Chris successfully led the company through a challenging environment and transformed it to a rapidly growing profitable enterprise within one of the world's largest communications companies. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, he is a certified management accountant (CMA), he has an MBA from the University of Toronto and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. |

Brian Cosgrove, Chairman, CEO and Founder
Brian is an entrepreneur and investor who is passionate about creating and growing businesses. Brian is a veteran of the print and imaging industry having established two multi-million dollar organizations. He founded Multi-Laser, a remanufacturer of toner cartridges, in 1988 and within that company he also created PrintFleet in 2001. PrintFleet became a successful stand-alone company in 2005. In 2008 he sold Multi-Laser to West Point Products. Today, Brian is leading PrintFleet to its next milestone as a global leader in the print management world. |

Wayne Nicholson, CFO
Wayne has over 20 years of progressive management and financial accounting experience, including 5 years in the imaging industry, and has managed the financial aspects of PrintFleet since its inception. As CFO, he is responsible for overall financial management of the company and its financial reporting. Wayne has extensive experience overseeing business performance and strategic growth initiatives at small and medium-sized companies and has held positions in finance and accounting at SNC Lavalin Inc. and Canadian Astronautics Ltd. His operating experience includes the project management, manufacturing and engineering fields. Wayne is a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario and Canada.

| John More, CTO
John brings over 30 years’ experience in the technology space to the PrintFleet team. John has actively participated in a wide range of companies from start-ups to large, mature organizations. Prior to joining PrintFleet, John was responsible for information technology as CTO for IPP of Americas, was the Divisional CIO at CheckFree Investment Services in New Jersey, where he led the technology modernization planning while managing the support and maintenance of a large distributed legacy ASP environment. Before CheckFree, Mr. More spent four years as a technical architect and business focused project manager with Computer Sciences Corporation and spent over seven years in financial services technology with Thomson Financial and Dow Jones, managing the software development of Web-based products and high-volume worldwide quote distribution systems.

 | Sherry Lachine, Director of Product Management
Sherry sets the direction for products and services at PrintFleet. Utilizing her 15 years of experience and knowledge, she leads all stages of product management - from requirements, architecture and design to testing and implementation. Prior to joining PrintFleet, Sherry held key leadership roles as a senior systems and requirements engineer on various communications projects with the Canadian military and privately held technology companies. Sherry holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Royal Military College of Canada and is a registered professional engineer in Ontario. |

Joanne Bicknell, Director of Marketing
Joanne leads the marketing and strategic alliances group with PrintFleet bringing over 11 years of marketing and sales experience from the technology and health sectors. She is focused on expanding the customer and partner relationships for PrintFleet across the complete spectrum of industry applications for PrintFleet's MPS technology. Joanne relies on her expertise as a strategic marketing analyst coupled with strong collaboration, creative thinking and customer relationship skills. Prior to joining PrintFleet, Joanne was a sales and marketing leader with Janssen-Ortho. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and her MBA from Queen's University.

Gord Snider, Director of Business Development
Gordon Snider is director of business development for PrintFleet, where he works with PrintFleet's partners to grow and develop their MPS programs. He has worked with OEMs, distribution partners and dealerships across the country in developing successful MPS business processes and strategies. Gord is responsible for providing clients with executive leadership during critical transition phases and for driving growth with channel partners throughout North America.

Greg MacLellan, Director of Product Development
Greg
brings over 11 years of software development experience to PrintFleet.
Prior to joining PrintFleet, He developed remote control and reporting
systems for industrial processes, wrote software for phone systems, and
was the development manager at an e-commerce software company. With an
educational background which covers computer engineering and software
design, Greg has extensive experience in developing web-based
applications and supporting programs.

| Sharron Lawson - Director, Global OEM Relations
With 15 years of experience in the office equipment industry, Sharron's
experience with MPS implementations for large national and international
organizations will help to determine and recommend business models and
new ventures for OEMs on a global scale. As principal contact for
PrintFleet with prospective and existing OEM clients, Sharron will also
work to enhance the end-user experience by ensuring PrintFleet products
offer comprehensive engineering information and processes for device
monitoring. Sharron has an undergraduate degree from Carleton University
and an MBA from McGill University.
